Proposed restructure at Destination NSW
Following a meeting of members on 25 September 2025, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøundertook to take a number of issues back to the Destination NSW (DNSW) Executive regarding the current consultation feedback period and access to role descriptions.
As a consequence of these representations the Chief Executive Officer convened a town hall meeting on 29 September to address these concerns and related matters.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøcan advise as to the following changes:
DNSW has agreed to extend the consultation period which will now close at 5:00pm, Friday 10 October 2025. This is an extension from 5:00pm Thursday 2 October.
DNSW also advised the proposed role descriptions associated with the proposed structure are now also available on the DNSW Change Hub.
The Association appreciates DNSW agreeing to make these changes to facilitate maximum feedback from members in relation to the current proposal.
Please note your É«ÀÇÉçÇørepresentatives meet fortnightly with management to address issues regarding the ongoing restructure and consultation process.
