OneCX Team Restructure

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been advised that the Department of Customer Service’s CDT DIGITAL channels will be undergoing a restructure. This specifically applies to the OneCX team, which sits within Digital Channels.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been advised there will be no loss of roles. The Department is converting 49 roles from temporary or contingent to ongoing.
The consultation period closes on 28 June 2023.
