Members raised that the inquiry portal and website to lodge information was not available at that time, it has since been sent to all staff and us. We provide the links below.

The closing date for information to be lodged is 5:00pm Friday 11 April 2025 .
We encourage members to engage in the inquiry. Be open, honest and brave to support any improvements that will help you do your job better and support the Children of NSW. It is open to previous staff who may want to contribute as well.
