Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions – Update on restructure – April 2018 (PDF version)
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been in dispute with ODPP management over the lack of consultation during the current restructure.
Since lodging the dispute in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (IRC), the ODPP has sent the É«ÀÇÉçÇødocuments which relate to the change process, including a Change Management Plan. This has been forwarded to members and can be found HERE.
Following the release of documents, members sent further feedback which has been collated and put to the ODPP in a letter sent 13 April 2018. You can view that letter HERE. On 17 April the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand the ODPP again returned to the IRC. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøreported members are still in the dark as to how the restructure will affect them and requested that the parties report back to the Commission if necessary. The IRC was amenable to this. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill meet with ODPP management on 24 April about the issues raised in the letter and members will receive a further update.
