NSWALC releases draft enterprise agreement for discussion

Please find a copy of the draft NSWALC enterprise agreement referred to in the Acting Chief Executive Officer’s email of 10 September. Click here to view his email .
The document incorporates a number of amendments requested by the CPSU NSW and staff bargaining representatives, and has been released to coincide with the largely completed job evaluation process aligned to the enterprise agreement’s new work level standards and salary bands.
The CPSU NSW bargaining team has advised NSWALC that it is now our intention to consult with our members before providing more detailed feedback. Please take some time to read through the document.
We will hold a members meeting via Zoom from 12:00-1:00pm on Thursday, 23 September 2021 to brief members on the proposal, seek feedback and discuss the next steps.
