NSW Police – Radio Operations Group Meal Crib Breaks Dispute – Nov 2017 (PDF version)
As members will be aware, meal and crib breaks were reduced across ROG in August 2017.
Members resolved to implement work bans to protest this change which were lifted a week later following an order from the Industrial Relations Commission.
Delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøindustrial staff have been in protracted negotiations with ROG management since the lifting of the work bans and a final proposal from management has been received in a letter HERE
The final outcome will apply to all ROG Centres across NSW.
We are now asking members to vote on the proposal. Please complete the survey
Only É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers can vote in the survey and responses must be received by close of business Wednesday, 29 November 2017.
Any non-members wishing to join the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand vote in the survey can do so
The strength and resolve of members throughout this process has been commendable and all members should speak to their colleagues about joining the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto increase the union’s strength.
A union workplace is a stronger and fairer workplace!
