Re-engineering consultation process
As members are aware, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been advised by NSW Police it will be part of the Re-engineering Taskforce, which is the consultation mechanism for the re-engineering process.
NSW Police has an obligation to consult with the É«ÀÇÉçÇøabout workplace changes affecting our members. Consultation includes sharing information and the opportunity to have meaningful input into the outcome.
Consultation must occur before changes are made.
