The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwelcomes the creation of secure, ongoing public sector jobs at EnergyCo to deliver clean, reliable and affordable electricity for NSW. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøunderstands EnergyCo has received increased funding to establish a number of new ongoing roles and is seeking to recruit from current temporary staff to fill those positions. Consultation on these Phase 2 organisational changes commenced on 2 September and will run until Wednesday 16 September.
These changes cover the General Counsel, Network Planning and Commercial, Regulatory and Markets Divisions. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøunderstands consultation will begin on additional roles in other divisions in the coming months.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill hold an online members meeting on Friday 11 September.
