The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis aware of the concerns of staff about the ‘ring-fencing’ of positions in the Phase 2 Change Plan. If you feel that you have the relevant experience, qualifications and capabilities for a role in the restructure and can make a case why, please send an email to so we can discuss this matter with you.
Please note that, if you wish to see role descriptions for any of the current roles that have been spilled, we have been advised you should ask your manager for those. Please let us know if you have asked for them and they have not been provided or if you cannot access any of the role descriptions for the new roles.
We are waiting on a response to the feedback the É«ÀÇÉçÇøsubmitted and will request a response with management to discuss that response when it is provided.
