Northern District Functional Review consultation with the PSA

Communication that came out on Monday from your leadership stating that Homes NSW has shared and explained the Functional Review for Northern NSW with the PSA. This is not correct and formal consultation with the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas not been finalised. The É«ÀÇÉçÇømet with your director in May 2025 and requested a change management plan. Despite this long timeframe this change management plan has not been provided to the PSA. Homes has committed to have the change management plan to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøby the end of the week. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been reassured by Employee Relations that the Go live date of Monday 20 October will be postponed until consultation has been finalised with the PSA. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be requesting feedback from our members once we have the change management plan.
The dispute for Lismore and Tuggerah Concierge model is continuing. Members are directed not to work at the Concierge while the dispute is underway and contact the É«ÀÇÉçÇøif you have been pressured to work at the Concierge.
