Northcott members’ meeting at Campbelltown

It was another successful members’ meeting at Cambelltown on Thursday, 11 April 2019 attended by CPSU NSW Northcott members. We are planning another meeting at either Blacktown or Rooty Hill. Details will be sent to all members soon.
In light of Northcott making access to group home team meetings harder these types of general meetings have proven to be of additional value.
The difficult situation for staff in respite group homes was raised by worried members. The CPSU NSW will keep members updated after consultation with management.
Issues were also raised about changes to operational rosters, and we remind members that the Rostering Principles conditions are still in force.
