The tone of the rally in Bega on 24 November protesting against the dramatic restructure of National Parks and Wildlife was best encapsulated by one veteran staff member who said: “To look around my office and see how people are being treated is a disgrace…It is just really sad and unprofessional the way it is being handled.”
