Interpreter and translator members to receive back pay and correct rates of pay
Earlier this year, É«ÀÇÉçÇøMulticultural NSW (MNSW) Delegates identified that the last pay increase won by the union had not been applied to the Crown Employees (Interpreters and Translators, Multicultural NSW) Award. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøraised this error with MNSW. After looking into the matter and contacting MNSW and NSW Public Service Industrial Relations, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøconfirmed the correct rates of pay. The Award is now to be updated with the correct rates and members will be paid back monies owed. This process should start next pay.
