Your CPSU NSW Delegates and Industrial Officials and the Mercer People and Culture team are continuing to work through the topics for the implementation of your enterprise agreement during the first half of 2021.

Performance Review System and Remuneration – Evaluation
Mercer has rolled out the first round of the Performance Based pay system. CPSU NSW members have contacted the union with concerns about the:
- Overall process The ratings members received and the subsequent review process
Due to member concerns, the CPSU NSW has been seeking a review of the process and we will keep members updated on the progress.
Classification Review Process
Mercer gave an update on the progress of the classification review process at the last meeting. CPSU NSW members have noted a few concerns about the process and consultation mechanisms.
