As members are aware, an inquiry is being conducted by Justice into complaints raised by individuals at Victim’s Services, particularly relating to:
- Bullying and recruitment
- Procurement and expenditure
- Workplace culture.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis in contact with the Department about this inquiry and will advise members of information received.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis the official employee representative. The department is obligated to consult with the union about major workplace changes.
We encourage members to contact É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff with concerns about the above Inquiry, or with questions more generally about matters in the workplace. Advocacy during on broad issues such as this inquiry is done anonymously on behalf of all members.
