Your Vocational Group will be holding a meeting to discuss two important matters;
- Award reform discussions
A meeting has been scheduled for members only to meet in person on the following date to discuss, identify areas of the award, mou etc. This places the É«ÀÇÉçÇøin a better understanding of what members would like when it comes to the Inspectors Award. - DRAFT SafeWork NSW Complaint Management Policy and Procedure
Following multiple member issues being raised, and the Vocational Group and É«ÀÇÉçÇøraising consistency in the complaint handling process, the Risk, Assurance and Reviewable Decisions team have drafted up a policy and procedure and are seeking feedback / comments.
