“Justice Corporate Services” Joint Consultative Committee – Your Voice in the Workplace!
The ɫhas established a Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) for “Justice Corporate Services” which includes Strategic Human Resources.
JCCs are regular consultative meetings between the ɫand management which allow your union to formally raise workplace issues on behalf of members.
The ɫparticipates in many JCCs across Justice and the wider public sector and they are a valuable method of communication and negotiation with employer agencies. JCCs are minuted and result in agreed actions.
The first “Justice Corporate Services” JCC will be held on 26 March. In attendance will be your ɫstaff, ɫHR delegate Jessica Woodruff and senior Justice and Justice HR management representatives. Members will be provided with a report-back soon after the JCC.
The JCC is YOUR opportunity to have a say in the way your workplace runs and to create positive change. Issues can be raised anonymously. Your union invites members to send collective workplace issues to be raised at the JCC to your ɫdelegate or ɫStaff.
