After an exhausting two-year negotiation period, the CPSU NSW has finally reached in principle agreement of your  Enterprise Agreement.
Like all negotiations, there are reservations by all parties. However, the resulting Agreement represents a substantial improvement in Professional Staff working conditions.
We ask you to read the full explanatory document of what changes are being proposed .
After you have read the changes, please let us know your position as to whether your union should endorse the Agreement. You can fill out the survey .
Irrespective of the position of the unions, the university is likely to put the Agreement out to an all-staff vote shortly. This will ultimately decide whether the Agreement is adopted or rejected.
