Industrial Issues – Administrative Staff in Community Corrections

Members have made the É«ÀÇÉçÇøaware that some Administrative staff are being allocated work that is outside their Role Description.
Some examples of this include:
- Admin Staff being allocated work that should be undertaken by higher grade officers
- Community Corrections Admin Staff being issued work that should be undertaken by Admin Supervisors
- Increased workload due to commencement of the Admin Supervisor Role
- Admin Supervisors being used as PAs
