icare Restructuring Workers Compensation

icare has today, 6 December 2022, commenced consultation on a proposed new structure for the Workers Compensation area.
Whilst restructures this close to Christmas are stressful, there is no reduction in positions. As a result, no employee should be declared excess. You can view the consultation pack here.
