icare – É«ÀÇÉçÇøMembers Bulletin – Single Flexible Working Hours Agreement (FWHA) Negotiations

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received correspondence from icare that they have received approval from the Wages Policy Taskforce (WPT) and wish to begin negotiations with the É«ÀÇÉçÇøfor a single icare FWHA.
Currently icare staff are covered by three (3) FWHA’s, they are:
- Department of Finance and Services,
- Workcover Authority of NSW and the Dust Diseases the Dust Diseases Board Policy,
- Motor Accident Authority.
Following the Joint Consultative Committee with icare on 19 September 2019, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøunderstands that icare will now arrange a number of information sessions for staff.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill also arrange to have meetings during these negotiations with members.
At the conclusion of the negotiations only É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers will have the opportunity to vote on a new agreement.
Only once this has happened will the É«ÀÇÉçÇøGeneral Secretary sign off on a new agreement with icare.
