icare Operational Support: Lifetime Schemes

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been advised by icare that it is looking to create a new role of ‘Operational Support Officer’ within Lifetime Schemes.
This proposed change will impact upon the three existing roles of:
- Participation Support Officer
- Support Officer
- Team Support Officer.
Consultation period is 12 May to 27 May.Ìý
Following the Town Hall meeting with staff on 12 May, the consultation period to provide feedback on the proposed role description is open through to 27 May, 2022.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøencourages staff to participate in the consultation process with icare directly. However, if members would also like the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto raise any issues with regards to the proposal they are invited to send their response through to the Industrial Officer by email to .
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill make arrangements to have a members meeting prior to the close of consultation on 27 May.
