Homes NSW Functional Review – consultation commences today

Your Western Sydney district delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff have met with the district director and were briefed on the consultation process that starts today with all staff.
There will be two meetings with each office in the district, and another two virtual meetings that will be open to all staff about the department’s proposed district structure to commence in October.
There will be no loss of jobs as a result of this review.
During the period of consultation, we strongly encourage members to attend the meetings and to raise any questions, concerns or proposals with both your managers, delegates and the PSA.
We will collate member’s feedback and that will form the basis of our discussions with senior management as part of the formal consultation process.
