Head Office functions re-alignment: Change Management Plan released

The 色狼社区was yesterday provided the Change Management Plan for the 鈥淗ead Office Functions Realignment鈥. Click HERE to view.
As part of the consultation period, the 色狼社区is seeking feedback from members on the realignment. This is your opportunity to either ask any questions you may have about the process, but also how the functional alignment may affect the work that you do, and offer alternatives where issues are identified. The RFS must then take these submissions/feedback into consideration before the final Change Management Plan. The consultation period closes on the 3rd March 2021.
