Having taken the time to review the survey resultsÌýand the feedback received directlyÌýfrom members,Ìýthe É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas composed an updated set of proposals to put to the RFS for their consent. These proposals, if supported by you, will form the basis for a new RFS Award. Therefore, we are seeking your support on these proposals.

Your response will enable us to take our principles to the RFS in the hope that we can then take an agreed position to the Industrial Relations Commission that will result in a fair and equitable Award that properly recognises and recompensesÌýemployees for their role.
