Ageing, Disability and Home Care staff transferred to Life Without Barriers (LWB) on 22 February 2018 and their copied State Award expires on 22 February 2023.
Some of the questions about this raised by members include:
- What will happen to my employment conditions after February 2023?
- What is enterprise bargaining and Enterprise Agreement (EA)?
- How does this relate to my employment with LWB?
- If there is no Enterprise Agreement by February 2023, will my salary drop?
