It is now more than three years since ADHC staff transferred to Aruma (formerly House With No Steps) on 5 October 2017. The copied State Award expires on 5 October 2022. Questions are being raised as follows:
- As a transferred staff, what happens to my employment conditions after October 2022?
- What is enterprise bargaining and Enterprise Agreement (EA)?
- How does this affect our employment conditions with Aruma?
