Functional Review – Consultation Commences Today

Your Inner West South East Sydney (IWSES) District Delegates & É«ÀÇÉçÇøIndustrial staff met with the District Director and were briefed on the consultation process that starts today with all staff.
There will be a Town Hall meeting and further meetings with offices in the District about the Departments proposed District structure that will commence in late September.
There will be no loss of jobs as a result of this review.
During the period of consultation, we strongly encourage members to attend the meetings and to raise any questions, concerns or proposals with both your Managers, Delegates and the PSA.
We will collate members’ feedback and that will form the basis of our discussions with Senior Management as part of the formal consultation process.
