FOVB Bulletin

The Fisheries Officers Vocational Branch (FOVB) met at Port Macquarie on 16 March for the Annual General Meeting.
The meeting was very well attended with over half the membership participating in person or via video conference and it was great to see some new faces after recent recruitment. Welcome aboard new members!
Elections were held for the Executive positions and the incumbent committee were re-elected.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwould like to thank the Executive for their ongoing work on behalf of the membership.

Moving forward we will be entering into discussions with the Department about the Fisheries Award as it is clear that the current award is no longer fit for purpose and this has been a long standing frustration and concern for FOVB members.
