With the NSW Wages Policy now dead in the water, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand your FOVBE are moving forward with discussions with the Department to try and reach agreement to update your Award. All parties agree that you current Award is not fit for purpose and does not recognise or properly remunerate FO’s for the work you actually do.
