Bargaining is scheduled to commence in December. So as to ensure that the bargaining team has a good understanding of how our membership values its respective conditions, we have a prepared a survey for members to complete.
Questions include:
- Would you agree to a longer work week?
- If not, would members be prepared to work up to three hours extra per week at single time?
- What working conditions do members value most?
- For Western/Central Division employees – would you be willing to cash out annual leave?
- Do salary increases routinely result from salary reviews?
- Are there any things that members wish to tell us about the current Enterprise Agreement that they would like to see improved?
The survey will take about five minutes to complete.
