Bulletin to Finance & Services re single flex agreement – 1 July 2015 (PDF version)
The Office of Finance and Services (Department of Finance, Services, and Innovation as of 1 July 2015) has written to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwith the intention of consolidating the numerous flex agreements across the agencies into one.
Key messages for É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers are:
- The process will take 12 months – a new flex agreement wouldn’t be in place until July 2016
- The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be consulting over this period, seek input from the membership, and provide updates as they occur.
A new agreement will be required to conform to public sector guidelines. The É«ÀÇÉçÇørecognises the complexity of the project, given the variety of roles across the Department.
