Fair Trading restructure and consultation update
The consultation period for the proposed Fair Trading restructure closed on 17 September 2025 and we would like to thank members who participated in raising feedback by sending us your comments, questions and concerns so that these could be added into the Restructure Management Plan.
Fair Trading are currently reviewing the questions and comments as received within the  consultation phase before finalising the Restructure Management Plan (RMP).
