EPA realignment bulletin

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis aware management has sent an email to workers regarding a new operating model for the EPA, including a document titled High level divisional breakdown Jan 2020.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøunderstands members have major concerns over the extremely short consultation period that was laid out in this correspondence and over the lack of details that this document contains about roles, functions and the existence of certain sections of the EPA.
While the email states feedback will end on Friday 17 January, we can confirm consultation with the union on the realignment is ongoing and that this document is a start, not an end, to a more comprehensive consultation process. The next consultation meeting between your É«ÀÇÉçÇørepresentatives and management to discuss the realignment will be on next Thursday, 23 January, 2020. We will update members on any developments after this meeting.
