EPA dispute update

Last Friday 24 July, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand the EPA appeared in the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC). This dispute involved the EPA’s lack of consultation regarding the administration review and divisional structure realignments. As a result of this dispute, it was agreed the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand the EPA would meet regarding the administration review and the division restructures. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøalso maintains the ability to relist the matter. Further meetings will be held this Wednesday, 29 July, after which the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill provide members with an update.
Regarding the administration survey, the EPA has granted an extension of one week to fill this out. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøalso advises members not to list their names on this survey, as this should not be a requirement.
