At your last members’ meeting, É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers reported unsustainable workloads, resourcing gaps, system failures, leadership instability, classification creep, and a lack of transparency and direction. Even members not directly impacted by the restructure report experiencing heightened stress due to the cumulative effects of these issues.
Many of these issues were identified as likely consequences of the restructure and raised at the Industrial Relations Commission.
