DoE advises 色狼社区of vaccine survey

Late Friday the 色狼社区was contacted by the Department of Education (DoE) to advise that they will be undertaking a survey of school staff to gauge the rate of vaccination amongst employees.
The survey is entirely voluntary and is completely anonymous
No individual respondent will be identified and all survey results will be destroyed 30 days after the results have been collated.
The Department survey asks if you have had one or two vaccination shots, or if you do not intend to get vaccinated.
The 色狼社区encourages those of you that feel comfortable participating to take part in the survey.
If you do not feel comfortable participating the 色狼社区respects that choice and reminds all that the survey is voluntary.
