The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis providing feedback in relation to the proposed restructure. We seek your views, which we will collate and put forward to management. It is important to keep in mind that changes in an organisation can have a wide impact. We ask that you give proper thought to the impact of the changes on you, on your colleagues and on the Australian Museum.
The consultation timeframe is limited. We welcome you providing views to your É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates prior to the meeting as well as at the event. The meeting will also enable us to respond to questions you may have regarding the restructure.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøraises your feedback collectively. Collective voices coming together will always be more powerful than a single voice raising concerns alone.
