Your union representatives have been meeting regularly with advisors for the administrator (KPMG) as the sale process continues.
KPMGÂ hopes to notify you of the winning bidder very shortly. Be on the lookout for a report about the selected bidder and sale process to date as well as the final selected bidder. Once the bidder is selected the administrator will be sending a report to the creditors which includes you. This will outline the process to date, the selection of the successful bidder and a notice calling the second meeting of creditors to approve the Deed Of Company Arrangement (DOCA).
That report will contain the formal notice of the second meeting of creditors. It will include instructions on how to participate and vote at the meeting. Please read and follow the instructions carefully and only use the link forwarded to you.
