As you would be aware, two weeks ago saw the Department release its draft DFSI Flexible Working Policy for consultation.
A copy of the draft policy can be found HERE.
Your É«ÀÇÉçÇøofficials will meet shortly with local delegates to get across the full document and consider what aspects can be extended, expanded and improved upon for the benefit of members.
We will take this feedback to management at a roundtable discussion later this month and then back this up with a final submission paper.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill rely heavily on member contributions in forming our final submission.
Any and all member feedback in relation to the draft policy is welcome and appreciated.
