Realignment proposal update
This bulletin is an update to advise members how the É«ÀÇÉçÇøis representing them in the Directorate.
Members will be aware that the Department recently notified staff there is organisational change across the Directorate.
Consultation with PSA
At a meeting with the É«ÀÇÉçÇøon Monday, 6 June 2016 the Department formally began consultation in this restructure. The Department indicated it is willing to meet as the restructure proceeds and welcomes questions during this period.
In the last bulletin, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøcalled for members to provide feedback to the proposal to be sent to the union, contact officers and the Department. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøreceived significant feedback from members from across the state and together with É«ÀÇÉçÇøcontacts complied a response to the Department’s proposal. What is next?
The Department and É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill undertake further consultation in this restructure.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill continue to ensure that a fair and equitable process in the restructure will be adhered to.
