Restructure update
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøcontinues to be concerned about the way that the DTS restructure has been handled. At the most recent IRC hearing, Justice agreed to provide unsuccessful staff with detailed feedback against each capability and justification as to why that staff member would not be able to meet the capabilities given reasonable training and support. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been informed this has not occurred.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas spoken to senior Justice representatives about our concerns regarding the recruitment process and the matter has been relisted in the IRC.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis arranging individual meetings with affected members as part of the consultation surrounding this matter.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis aware the recruitment process is ongoing and is concerned problems may continue in the future. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill monitor the recruitment process to its conclusion and have ongoing discussions with Justice in order to protect our members.
