Department of Justice – Digital Technology Services (IDS) – Flex Agreement

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received numerous calls from members about a ban on accumulating flex time when working from home.
This is contrary to the flex agreement (A copy can be found HERE ).
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøcan confirm that the flex agreement applies regardless of whether work is done at home or in the office.
The PSA has contacted the department about the issue.
