The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas become aware the Justice Finance Restructure has commenced. The PSA’s role is to ensure the restructure follows GSE guidelines, is fair to staff, and to raise members’ concerns with Justice.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇømust genuinely be consulted by the Department during a restructure and be provided with adequate time to obtain feedback from affected members.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis currently collating feedback from our members in Finance.
