Department of Education flexible working hours agreement

The Department of Education has written to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto formally advise it intends to terminate its Flexible Working Hours Agreements in three months’ time.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received a draft agreement – – to replace the current agreements.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøorganisers, in conjunction with your delegates, will meet with members to discuss their concerns and issues. We will also be seeking members’ feedback by way of a survey.
Delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff will be meeting with the Department in order to negotiate the new agreement and regular updates will be provided to members after each meeting.
