The Department of Education has written to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto formally advise it intends to terminate its Flexible Working Hours Agreements in three months’ time.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received a draft agreement – Department of Education Flexible Working Hours Agreement 2015 – to replace the current agreements.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøorganisers, in conjunction with your delegates, will meet with members to discuss their concerns and issues. We will also be seeking members’ feedback by way of a survey.
Delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff will be meeting with the Department in order to negotiate the new agreement and regular updates will be provided to members after each meeting.
