Crown Solicitor’s Office: Restructure of Finance & Support Services and Enterprise Systems

As discussed at the last members’ meeting, the Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) had advised the É«ÀÇÉçÇøof the planned Restructure of Finance & Support Services and Enterprise Systems. The relevant documents can be found HERE.
Throughout 2020 members have expressed serious concerns with the Elite system. In the draft Restructure Management Plan, the changes proposed by the CSO in the current Change Management Plan are part of the CSO’s ‘Service Improvement Program’ (SIP). Members should carefully consider whether the changes proposed by the CSO will address their current issues in order to hold the CSO to account.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill meet with management within the next two weeks. As such, feedback to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøfrom members by 11 December 2020 would be appreciated.
