Crown Solicitors Office – End of Year Bulletin
19 December 2019
Your É«ÀÇÉçÇøIndustrial staff and Delegates wish to pass on our thanks to the vocal and passionate members within the CSO.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been informed via our regular CSO members’ meetings of the multiple issues affecting CSO staff. From the longstanding issues of workload stress and the anxieties associated with billable hours, to the systemic cultural issues of workplace bullying and poor communication with the management. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill continue to advocate on the concerns of members and push for positive and genuine resolution in 2020.
Further focuses of the É«ÀÇÉçÇøin 2020 will be a review of the Flexible Working Hours Agreement, the implementation of an online forum for public and transparent communication between staff and management, and to address any ongoing issues with Elite.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis entirely reliant upon representations from members and its delegate structure. So please also feel free to contact your É«ÀÇÉçÇøindustrial staff or CSO delegate.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwishes you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
