CPSU NSW update: UNSW Professional Staff Enterprise Bargaining. All-member meeting

Professional Staff Enterprise Agreement: CPSU NSW settlement proposal
The CPSU NSW UNSW Bargaining Team reconvened on 22 June 2023 to finalise remaining matters to settle the Professional Staff Agreement.
The University has revised its pay offer. See details below:
- Approval of Enterprise Agreement (EA): 6 per cent
- July 2024: 3.5 per cent
- July 2025: 3.5 per cent
- July 2026: 4 per cent
This represents an increase of one per cent to the upfront pay increase as of the approval of the EA.
The CPSU NSW will be holding an all-member meeting on Monday 26 June at 12:00pm to discuss the changes to the EA and hopefully reach an in-principle decision.
Please register for the meeting. Non-CPSU NSW members will not be permitted to attend.
