CPSU NSW update: two-thirds of service coordinators vote to reject Northcott pay deal

Service Coordinators (Team Leaders) have voted to reject Northcott’s settlement package by a majority of two to one.

With two thirds of the Service Coordinators voting ‘no’ to Northcott’s offer, the matter will now proceed to the Federal Court for determination.
We are currently finalising our evidence, with a fling date of 1 June 2020. The hearing has been set down for 7 September, before Justice Katzman.
