CPSU NSW North Coast TAFE member update – Group 4 restructure

Your union has been involved in further consultation around the ETG, Regions and TAFE Digital Group 4 restructure. We have been pushing particularly hard for due consideration for EPROs and SELIOs on temporary contracts who, as a result of restructures such as CLEAR, do not make the two-year requirement for placement.
As there is currently no guarantee of placement for TAFE Worker Level 2, we have been fighting to give those members a chance to match in the new structure.
The CPSU NSW has been advocating for members only, and we have some important news for you.
